At YAPA, every order is prepared with care. As a small business committed to thoughtful production and quality craftsmanship, we appreciate your understanding of our shipping and exchange policies.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.

For orders of $150 or less, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates for Canada, Mexico, and other international destinations will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed according to product availability. As many of our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary.

Estimated shipping and delivery times will be communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Exchanges & Return Shipping

We accept eligible exchange or store credit requests within 30 days of receiving your order for purchases shipped to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

As a small business, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. YAPA does not provide prepaid return labels or cover return shipping expenses.

All exchanges must be approved before items are shipped back to us. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with tags attached.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees depending on the destination country's regulations.

These additional charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
